Robinson Kelly, CEO and Co-Founder
Robinson is a technology entrepreneur and business start-up veteran. Clay Tablet is the fourth start-up technology company he’s been involved with over the past 15 years, including, working in Silicon Valley launching a content management firm. Robinson is now responsible for the sustained growth of the company by driving strategy, managing major partnerships, setting goals and directing the team.
He therefore has considerable success, experience and expertise in direct sales, channel partner management, marketing, software development, product management and finance.
Robinson holds a BAA in Communications from Ryerson University, Toronto, an equivalency degree from Brown University, Rhode Island, and regularly undertakes additional course work at the Schulich School of Business, University of York, Toronto.
Robinson is also an ardent motor sport enthusiast, frequently participating in, and winning, Ontario rally driving events.
Ryan Coleman, CTO and Co-Founder
Ryan brings over ten years experience in managing the process of conceiving, specifying and developing Web-based business applications. He has an extensive background in content management and translation technologies and has a deep understanding of the translation process and content lifecycle. His technical and business knowledge have become essential components of the Clay Tablet product strategy and vision.
At Clay Tablet Ryan oversees all product strategy, R&D, implementation services and support, as well as working with the channel team to assist in supporting channel partner pre- and post-sales support and service activities.
Ryan’s past Web application projects have ranged in scale from small business applications, to very large multi-million business applications for some of the largest enterprises globally.
Outside of work Ryan is actively involved in Toronto’s TorCamp community, having organized several BarCamp events and, more recently, through his own event called VizThink, an event geared towards building a community of “Visual thinkers”.
